Stained Glass One Day Class for Beginners
Event Information
Description
During our one day class students will get the chance to choose between leading or Tiffany foiling style; we have over 60 designs to pick from so they can make a panel that's about A4 size and of a maximum of 15 pieces.
Or they can opt to make a small mirror about 20x20cm inclusive of stained glass frame.
Stephen will teach each attendee how to use every tool as well as glass cutting, grinding, leading or foiling and soldering the final piece together.
Classes are conducted in groups of max 6 people, this allows students to have a more personal learning experience as Stephen will be able to follow everyone's progress and teach on a more one-2-one basis.
All our workshops are held in 'The Gallery' at Stepney City Farm either Saturday or Sunday and run from
10-4.30pm however they can run over the allocated time.
Check out our website: https://www.coatofglass.london/offers for our "Bring your mum/dad" and "Bring a friend" offers.
Pastries and biscuits are included and water is provided.
Stepney City Farm has its own Cafè where they sell and serve their own produce. However, it can be rather busy at certain times. You're more than welcome to bring your own packed lunch.
There's also a Farmer's Market on Saturdays.
