Stained glass tour

Light floods in to Lincoln Cathedral via its stunning stained-glass windows, filling the space with vivid colours and literally illuminating the building.

These works of art illustrate stories from the bible and the Cathedral's history and tell us about the beliefs and hopes of the people that created them.

Join our knowledgeable guides and discover more about the meaning of the designs, the history of the panels and how such stunning windows are created and maintained.

Each tour will last approximately 90 minutes and costs £7.50 per person in addition to the general admission fee.

Places are limited on each tour so it is recommended that you book in advance to guarantee a place.
