Stamped by Nature Art Workshop

Whether you like making art with pencils, pens, paints, or collaging, we welcome you to join us for a casual art workshop to create a piece based on your favourite UK native plant or fungi!

Throughout history, people have stamped their mark on wild plants and fungi and though we might not always think about it, plants and fungi have stamped their mark on us too! They help preserve our delicate ecosystems and support our pollinators and soil. As part of the youth-led Stamped by Nature project, we are creating a collaborate art piece using your drawings.

Each art piece created during the project will form part of a community collage showcasing a map of the UK. Each image will be represented by a stamp with your design of a UK native plant or fungi to help raise awareness of our amazing, often forgotten, native species.

Stamped by Nature is a community art project aiming to raise awareness of native plants and fungi, and learning about the different species that matter to us.

You're welcome to stay for the whole session, but this is not required. Art supplies will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own too. These are brought at your own risk.

P'un a ydych chi'n hoffi creu celf gyda phensiliau, beiros, paent, neu wneud collages, rydym yn eich croesawu i ymuno â ni am weithdy celf achlysurol i greu darn yn seiliedig ar eich hoff blanhigyn neu ffwng brodorol yn y DU!

Drwy gydol hanes, mae pobl wedi rhoi eu marc ar blanhigion gwyllt a ffyngau ac er efallai nad ydym bob amser yn meddwl amdano, mae planhigion a ffyngau wedi rhoi eu marc arnom ni hefyd! Maent yn helpu i warchod ein hecosystemau cain a chefnogi ein peillwyr a'n pridd. Fel rhan o'r prosiect Stamped by Nature, rydym yn creu darn celf ar y cyd gan ddefnyddio eich lluniadau!

Bydd pob darn celf a grëir yn ystod y prosiect yn rhan o collage cymunedol sy'n arddangos map o'r DU. Bydd pob delwedd yn cael ei chynrychioli gan stamp gyda'ch dyluniad o blanhigyn neu ffwng brodorol y DU i helpu i godi ymwybyddiaeth o'n rhywogaethau brodorol anhygoel, sy'n aml yn cael eu hanghofio.

Mae Stamped by Nature yn brosiect celf cymunedol sy'n anelu at godi ymwybyddiaeth o blanhigion a ffyngau brodorol, a dysgu am y gwahanol blanhigion a ffyngau sy'n bwysig i ni.
