Following the fantastic and fun return in December after the pandemic-enforced hiatus, stand-up comedy returns to the vibrant Louie Louie venue with yet another line-up of comedians.

Featuring this time we have the following acts:

Nigel Williams (UK)

Nigel Williams has been performing stand-up comedy since 1998. British born but now residing in Antwerp, Belgium Nigel performs in both Dutch and English. In Belgium his one man shows in the large theaters are regularly sold out and he is a regular guest on TV and Radio.

In English Nigel has performed in Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Finland, Scotland, England, Germany and Estonia.

His stand-up is very energetic and full of audience banter.

Kristel Zweers (Netherlands)

Kristel Zweers kick-started her career by winning the second prize in the Dutch Lucky Strike Comedy Talent Tour in 2001. Ever since she has been performing at about every comedy stage there is in Holland. As one of the few female comedians she managed to survive the harsh comedy scene, became a regular headliner and toured Holland and Belgium with 4 of her own 90 minute solo-shows.

In 2013 she started to perform in English, and again, she didn't stay unnoticed. Her straight- forwardness and 'no nonsense' comedy style were received with enthusiasm and have taken her to Singapore, China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, London, Germany, Sri Lanka, Australia, Florida, Czech Republic and New Zealand.

Adam Fields (UK)

Amsterdam-based stand up comic Adam Fields has performed thousands of comedy shows at comedy venues, theatres, festivals, student and corporate events around the world. He is a veteran of the Dutch comedy circuit and is a regular house comic at the Comedy Café Amsterdam.

Originally from London, and now resident in Amsterdam, Adam brings laughter to international audiences with his animated style and British humour.

MC: Nik Coppin (UK)

A stand-up comic for more than 20 years, Nik Coppin has performed all over the world and developed an international cult following.

He has performed many solo shows at the Edinburgh and Adelaide Fringe Festivals, New Zealand and Melbourne International Comedy Festivals, all over Australia and the inaugural Hollywood Fringe Festival in Los Angeles, all to critical acclaim.

At this show, Nik will be your MC for the comedic proceedings.

Lucy Amans (UK)

Local ex-pat comedian Lucy will be returning for a short spot. She is relatively new to the comedy scene, but her quirky, effervescent persona captivates audiences and she certainly has a bright future ahead of her.
