Description

If you have ever wanted to have a go at Stand Up Paddleboarding, now's your chance. SUP offers a great total body workout, strengthening your core, challenging your balance and improving all over muscle tone. It's also great fun, especially when done with friends!

In this session you will learn the correct posture for confident balance and control of your board and effective paddling skills as we travel along the river.

No special equipment is necessary, paddleboards and paddles are provided. Usual gym kit is suitable, but remember it is chillier on the water so an extra layer is useful. Wetsuits are available to hire, the link will be sent to you on booking.

About Judy

Your instructor, Judy loves the great outdoors and is never happier than when she is on the water. Since moving to the area last year, she has spent many hours on the Thames and can often be seen paddleboarding in all weathers. Judy is a qualified Pilates Instructor, SUP Fitness Instructor and Registered Nurse and owner of SupStudio
