About this event

  • 5 hours 30 minutes

We’d love for you to join us as we gather from across the north of England to meet our persecuted family and celebrate what God is doing in some of the most dangerous places in the world to be a Christian.

This year, our Northern Standing Strong will be held in City Church in Newcastle . Doors open at 9.30am, with the event kicking off at 10am and finishing at 3-3.30pm.

This is a precious and unique opportunity to meet your persecuted family and hear their stories, ask them questions and pray for them. There will be space for worship and you’ll also get to sample what life is like for millions of believers worldwide. It’s an experience not to miss!

“I particularly enjoyed the speaker who brought to life what persecution is really like – the pain, the danger, the fact that his life might be taken from him at any time, the lost contact with his family. It was so moving, and it’s such a pleasure to know that we can pray and give into this wonderful work.”
