Stargazing at Gibraltar Point

An introduction to stargazing talk will start your evening in the Visitor Centre with hot drinks and a slice of cake. Then, wrap up warm and head up to the top deck to be amazed by the wonderful sights. If the weather is not cooperating, a longer talk will be given, followed by a look and exploration of the different types of equipment that can be used. All equipment will be provided by East Lincolnshire Astronomy Club; however, if you have your own telescope and/or binoculars, feel free to bring them along. Also, a torch with a red light setting is handy but not essential.

Booking is required, as places are limited. This event is for adults and families, children are the responsibility of the parents at all times. Parking is available, normal parking fees apply. Part of this event is outdoors so do come dressed for the weather.
