You don’t have to be a runner to join, this is a complete beginner friendly run/walk event!

This event introduces the idea of 30 minutes of movement with different pace groups. On the day, you will be split into 3 groups with a guide from Bermondsey Street Runners.

group 1: walking

group 2: interval training with 2 minutes of running and 2 minutes of walking

group 3: slow steady run for 30 minutes

Aim to wear comfortable clothing and trainers as you’ll be waking/running for 30 minutes.

The most important message is that we move together for 30 minutes for our health!

Bermondsey Steet Runners are a community organisation, committed to delivering amazing projects throughout our local community with a focus on improving wellbeing through movement and social connection.
