Together in this 90-minute workshop, we will set you a goal for each of what I call “Our Fundamentals for Wellbeing” – movement, stillness, and connection. We’ll break your goals down into easily achievable steps for you to work on over the next 12 weeks. Before setting them, we’ll explore your current blocks and how to move past them this time. You can then take this process away and apply it to any other goals you wish to set.
