This workshop is part of our Start-up and Grow programme of business support, which runs throughout the year. We offer a range of workshops and events designed to support start-ups and businesses, helping you move forward with your business ideas. Followers are great… but a connected, engaged audience is better. This session is all about creating a loyal and interested audience on social media through meaningful, two-way interactions.

We’ll cover:

• How to build trust and loyalty through comments, Stories and DMs
• The difference between reach and engagement
• How to use your tone of voice to connect
• An introduction to working with micro-influencers and creators to amplify your message

You’ll leave with:

• Practical ideas to boost engagement
• A clear plan for how to show up in community spaces
• Ways to turn followers into fans and advocates of your business
