In our fifth workshop at The Reginald Centre, we’ll be taking a closer look at cashflow forecasting and what you need to consider for your own cashflow forecast.

A cashflow forecast is a useful tool for guiding your decisions and helps you see what money you have coming in and going out of your business.

In this session, you’ll:

• Gain an understanding of the cashflow forecast, using a worked example to see how it works

• Identify the different costs for your business, including variable costs and fixed costs

• Draft your own cashflow forecast

Gareth Allen is an experienced coach who works with start-up businesses as well as large corporate organisations. Having occupied senior management roles in retail and banking, he now runs his own business and helps others to achieve their potential.
