This workshop from the Business Support Service at Liverpool City Council is hosted by Carole Shepphard from MATS Consultancy and will focus on understanding the importance of knowing your customer and how this knowledge can enhance business success.
In this session, you’ll learn how to:
• Explain why understanding customers is essential
• Identify key methods to gather customer insights
• Describe how customer knowledge can drive loyalty and sales
• Recognise tools that support customer understanding
This session is delivered through the Business Support Service at Liverpool City Council which provides fully-funded support to existing businesses based in Liverpool and also to Liverpool residents looking to start-up a new business.
