No. This retreat isn’t therapy — and it’s not about digging into trauma or deep emotional wounds. It’s a coaching-led, practical reset that helps you start seeing yourself differently and build from there.
Only if you want to. This isn’t a sit-in-a-circle-and-share-your-soul kind of retreat (unless you’re into that). You’ll be invited into conversations — never forced into them. Expect thoughtful discussion, optional exercises, and moments of genuine connection.
We’ve designed the day to be ADHD-friendly — with breaks, movement, quiet zones, and flexible participation. If you need to step outside, stim, nap, doodle — go for it. This space is built with neurodivergence in mind.
No prep needed. Just bring your brain (as it is), your curiosity, and maybe a notebook if you like to capture things. We’ll provide everything else, including materials, snacks, and good people.
This retreat is designed as Step 1 in a bigger journey — and if you want to go further after the day, we’ve got you. But there’s zero pressure. You’ll leave with clear insights, a reflection pack, and the option to stay connected if it feels right.
