If you’re feeling tired, stressed or pulled in too many directions, you’re not alone. The holiday season can leave us feeling depleted, and at the start of a new year, it’s easy to get swept up in pressure – new goals, big plans and endless to-do lists.
You have the choice to begin the year with more intention, clarity and calm. If you’re feeling a pull towards doing things differently this year, this course offers the guidance and support to help you make that change.
Start Your Year Mindfully is a gentle 4-week journey designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system and build sustainable habits of calm and presence to carry with you throughout the year.
There will be two group options to suit your schedule:
Group 1: Mondays, 5th to 26th January 2026, 1:00-2:30pm GMT
Group 2: Tuesdays, 6th to 27th January 2026, 7:00-8:30pm GMT
What You’ll Experience
Each week includes a live session on Zoom with mindfulness practices, guided meditation, reflections and space for sharing and support.
You’ll learn to:
– Slow down and reconnect with your body and breath
– Manage stress and emotional overwhelm with kindness
– Create simple, sustainable mindfulness practices for everyday life
– Develop greater self-awareness, compassion and balance
– Start your year grounded, with calm and clarity
What’s Included
This course will guide you in starting your year grounded, with calm and clarity. It includes:
– 4 x 90-minute live sessions
– Guided meditation each week (recordings accessible for use between sessions)
– Weekly mindfulness practices, reflections and journalling prompts
– Private group check-ins for connection and support between sessions

This course is for anyone who wants to:
– Begin or refresh their mindfulness practice
– Ease stress, anxiety or feelings of overwhelm
– Create more calm and clarity as they enter the new year
– Be part of a small, supportive group led with compassion
Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or looking to reconnect with it, you’ll be guided gently at a pace that feels right for you.
