This gentle day is all about exploring ......yourself, ......what inspires you,.......how to use writing in a mindful way.......Starting a journal or just a simple and beautiful notebook, is a way of taking stock...... defining issues that are or have caused you to feel stuck, fearful, anxious, sad, hurt or angry....

Finding the space to begin to practice a process of regular doodling,,,, scribbling, wandering, imagining, creating..... to help you move through these issues to a more peaceful place..... we will guide you gently through some tasks to help increase your awareness, practice the process of just putting down on paper what may be in your mind, helping with focus or concentration, exploring.... and using mind maps to capture the array of options, branches, seedlings, flowers and dreams that are there in layers to be peeled back and uncovered as part of this process.... Come and enjoy a day in this rural hideaway.....

Weather permitting, we will sit outside..... take time to experience nature around us and let this take us gently through a thought process to help start a daily practice of using a treasured notebook to help move forward...... A nourishing lunch will give us a time to stop and appreciate some appetising food, allow for conversations with others on the course and a little break from the morning's work.
