What is the workshop about?

This workshop will provide information about starting to give your baby solid foods. Idenfiying different methods of starting solids, the benefits of each, addressing allergies and common myths and facts.

Xeni, our friendly Torridge Project Manager, who you may have met at one of our drop-ins or baby massage courses.
