Starting Solids Workshop

Interactive starting solids workshop including the theory and physiology behind when and how to start giving solid foods. Traditional and baby led methods covered to allow you to confidently choose what works best for you and your baby. We cover allergies and choking, avoiding fussy eaters and introducing drinks as well as commercial vs home made foods. You will get handouts containing all you need to know plus meal ideas. The workshop price is per couple, babies are very welcome there are changing facilities available and refreshments are included.
