Planning on Starting Your Own Business in 2017?
Starting a business can be an exciting time, but it can also feel quite daunting as you enter a completely different way of working.
Whether you've got a big idea you want to develop but have no idea where to start, or have already taken some first steps towards starting up on your own and are looking for help to really get things moving in 2017, this workshop is for you.
In the workshop you will:
- Create a purpose and vision for your start-up, making sure you're clear about your "why"
Identify the key strengths and skills you have that you will need to use to start and run your business, and the knowledge and mindset gaps you need to fill and how you can do this.
Develop a specific plan for developing and launching your business, identifying what you need to achieve, what you need to do and when, and what kind of support you need to turn your start-up idea into a reality.
The workshop will be led by Leicestershire-based Life and Business Coach Jo Lee. Jo also brings 20 years experience in business and marketing management to the party, having developed and launched numerous brands and worked with a number of new and growing businesses during that time, as well as starting her own coaching practice. You can find out more about Jo on the Life Atlas Coaching website.
Workshop numbers are strictly limited in order to ensure as much opportunity for one-to-one time between delegates and your coach as possible. However, as there is naturally a limit to the amount of personal one-to-one support that can be given in a workshop setting, when booking your workshop place you will also have the option of booking a ticket which includes a follow-up one to one one hour coaching session with Jo at a reduced rate: you can take this session at any time in the three months following the workshop, to help you remain on track and get further support as you continue your start-up journey.
