Small Groups... Bigger Picture!

This workshop is designed for groups with an annual income less than £50,000, including organisations ready to reset or restart their work, founders with new ideas to tackle community and societal challenges, and early-stage VCSE startups seeking clarity, direction, and practical tools for growth.

The session will cover funding strategies, starting from scratch, sustainability, outcomes and impact, and building the right team. Integrate’s CEO, Eoin Heffernan, will provide focused fundraising expertise, alongside insights from Brixton Wings Founder Medg Sullivan and Yosief Negassi.

Participants will gain structured guidance on developing robust VCSE models, improving organisational readiness, and strengthening their pathway to impact. This is the first in a new Brixton Wings Startup and Restart series supporting locally led innovation and community action.

We are particulalrly interested in welcoming organisations who have struggled to source fund to start or to restart their work.
