StartUp Britain - the national enterprise campaign - is on tour this summer, visting 30 locations across Britain to provide free mentoring, advice and workshops to aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs!
On Tuesday 19th July, the StartUp Britain bus visits Princesshay, Exeter as part of our flagship annual summer tour. Over a six week period, the bus is visiting over 30 towns and cities to engage over 10,000 people. The StartUp Tour is powered by NatWest and sponsored by 123 Reg and .UK.
When can you visit?
Stop by any time between 10am and 4pm and stay as long as you like to get the support and guidance you need to start or grow your business!
What happens on board?
If you're looking for support starting or growing a business, you can:
- network with local entrepreneurs and receive their guidance and inspiration;
- get support from advisors, including a NatWest business banker, a professional business coach, a 123 Reg digital skills advisor and representatives from the Intellectual Property Office/British Library and UK Trade Investment;
- take the 123 Reg digital skills survey and get a custom learning plan for their free online learning platform;
- receive a free .uk domain and £100 discounts on the 123 Reg Website Builder;
- receive expert advice from local accountants and lawyers;
- receive guidance packs from our sponsors and supporters
- network with local entrepreneurs and receive their guidance and inspiration;
- volunteer to give advice on the day;
- meet the StartUp Britain team and sponsors;
- network with other local entrepreneurs and business advisors;
- engage with local media to give interviews for broadcast and print coverage;
- use the bus for one-to-one meetings and discussions (with free coffee!).
