Startup Connections: Speed Business Networking Event

We’re happy to announce the return of the Startup Connections: Networking Series for its second year.

Designed to bring together between Crucible participants and the wider local business community, this engaging series provides a unique platform for emerging startups to meet industry leaders, potential mentors, and established businesses.

Back by popular demand, our February edition will feature the exciting Speed Networking format; This fast-paced event gives participants the opportunity to meet a wide range of people in a short time - perfect for sparking new conversations, sharing ideas, and expanding your business network quickly and efficiently.

Networking is one of the most powerful tools for business growth. It opens doors to new opportunities and partnerships, while helping entrepreneurs gain knowledge, visibility, and confidence within the local ecosystem. This event offers a valuable space to grow your professional circle.

Hosted by De Montfort University, this event is part of the DMU Crucible programme, which offers mentoring, training, funding, and resources to help early-stage businesses thrive.

*Please note, the event finishes at 2pm, however, businesses are welcome to stay and co-work at The Innovation Centre throughout the day.
