Hear from our Entrepreneur in Residence Colin Francis, on his success in business so far and how mentoring has been a big part of this.

Colin is the CEO and co-founder of LabCycle.
Labcycle is revolutionising the recycling of laboratory plastic waste in research and healthcare sectors and is the first company on the market to create a circular economy for single-use plastic waste from Safety Level 1 & 2 labs and healthcare settings.

Colin's background in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management means he has developed expertise in business planning, modelling, and strategy. His achievements have been recognised with the Surrey Business School Award and inclusion in the Surrey 40 Under 40 list, celebrating his impact in the business community. He is a keen supporter of new businesses and looks forward to supporting emerging businesses in the borough.
