Bio of Clive (session facilitator and CEO of Lawbite):
Despite a career working for and on behalf of many major organisations, Clive has always had a passion for small businesses and entrepreneurship and has worked with many SME’s as a negotiator, shareholder and investor. He has also run his own legal practice, Rich Futures Ltd in association with the Top 30 UK law firm, Olswang LLP, representing a variety of technology companies and SMEs.
Clive studied at Lincoln College, Oxford and the Inns of Court School of Law and qualified as a Barrister in 1983. He qualified as a CEDR accredited Mediator in 2010 and as a CiArb Arbitrator in 2012.
In 2010, Clive launched “Close My Deal”, a negotiating skills iPhone and web application for entrepreneurs, start-ups and small businesses.
