Campus London and Unicorn Hunt are teaming up to bring you a job fair by the startup community, for the startup community. We'll bring London's top startups to Campus to meet and interview interested candidates from our community and beyond. Attendees will also get the opportunity to hear from hiring experts at Google on best practices and much more.

What to expect:

  • 30 scaling startups looking for talent

  • Unicorn Hunt Lounge & CV Surgery

  • Keynote, talks, workshops, and more

  • Practical sessions led by Google experts

  • 'Silicon Drinkabout Extra' from 5pm!

Each session will have an equal mix of talks and workshops plus a CV surgery session, so come when works best for you but do please plan to arrive during the designated time on your ticket to ensure optimal flow of humans through the building.

Join us to take a look at the differences between making hire number 1 and number 100, and how the process changes. Panel Guests: Gary Turner (Xero), Nick Walter (One Pulse), Rikke Rosenlund (Borrow my Doggy), moderated by Sarah Drinkwater (Google).

Join a panel discussion with Melanie Fisher and Charlotte Horton from Escape the City on how to transition into a new world of work.

This session explains why Google uses structured interviews and hiring committees and why you should too. Learn with Jonathan Barker, Head of EMEA Staffing Channels at Google.

4:00pm-4:30pm > Startup Culture: The Good, the Bad, the Unexpected
Four well-seasoned startup panelists discuss the world of startup and it's unique culture with Alistair Shepherd (Sabbr), Josh Rivers (Series Q), and Rebecca Collins (Introsbective), moderated by Ben Southworth (Unicorn Hunt).

Silicon Drinkabout Extra: 5:00-7:00pm

Stay around for a special Silicon Drinkabout, a weekly meet-up for startups and techies to meet like-minded people, have some fun, and relax at the end of the working week.
