Startup Stories - In Conversation with Nisha Katona
Wed 29 March 2017, 17:30 – 19:30 BST
The world is full of advice for start-ups - from the mind bogglingly obvious to the phenomenally geeky ("the top 100 ways to increase your Snapchat influence"). But the best advice comes from real people who have really made a success of their business - the things they did right, the things they did wrong and the dreams they have.
Bluecoat, Liverpool's creative hub, welcomes Nisha Katona, founder of the wildly successful Mowgli Street Food, to inspire and encourage us with her story. Having just been announced as Female Leader in the Commercial District 2017 at the Women in Business Awards we can expect a fascinating insight into the launch and growth of one of Liverpool's favourite restaurant brands. This Startup Story is also supported by Santander, who through their own hub in Liverpool provide a range of support to the city's startup community.
Meeting in Bluecoat's beautiful bistro there will also be great opportunities to network with other creative and digital entrepreneurs - and yes, the bar will be open! So join us at 5.30pm for a drink, and we'll kick off the proceedings with Nisha at 6pm. The best Startup Stories involve lots of conversation so do come armed with your questions.
Look forward to seeing you there.
