We’re thrilled to welcome back Rainbow Glo, a returning favourite whose May session left many of you inspired and glowing with new energy.
This time, Rainbow will be sharing insights from her upcoming book Fabulosity: The Alchemist's Way of Transformation and Flow, a vibrant, empowering guide to navigating life’s ups and downs while staying connected to your purpose.
Using the metaphor of the rainbow bridge, Rainbow will introduce simple yet powerful techniques to help you balance grounding and growth, stillness and movement, rest and action, so you can build a life and business that feels both rooted and radiant.
Drawing on the ancient wisdom of alchemy, energy dynamics, and the universal cycles we all move through, this session is a chance to reconnect with your own fabulosity and flow.
No experience needed, just bring your curious heart and a willingness to explore what’s possible.
About Our Guest Speaker: Rainbow Glo (aka Gloria Miller)

Whether she’s guiding a group or working one-to-one, Rainbow Glo empowers others to embrace their authentic brilliance and shine with confidence.
Welcome to The Lark Network!
Do you get a bit nervous when networking?
Do you want to have relaxed conversations with other women who understand the difficulties of starting a business?
Are you looking for a community to support your startup or freelancing journey?
The Lark Network is just what you’re looking for!
The Lark Network is a group of women and non-binary folx who meet monthly for informal networking over tea and coffee.
If you're new to Lark, here's what you can expect from our events...
😊 A relaxed environment with informal conversations where you can get to know other women who work for themselves
🙂 A friendly group of women who understand that self-employment or starting a business can be tough, especially if you face additional challenges in life.
👶 Child-friendly networking with activities to keep the kids occupied (including all the fabulous books in the children's section of the library!)
☕️ Free tea, coffee and light snacks funded by the Portsmouth Community Lottery fund.
⏰ We don't do "late"! Drop in any time between 11:30am and 1:30pm - we understand life gets busy so don't stress if you're not there for the 'start'!
We do things a bit differently at Lark.
You won’t be asked to do your elevator pitch (although if you want help perfecting it, we’ll be more than happy to help!). We’re not about pushy sales.
We believe in giving you the time and space to build genuine connections with other women, allowing you to create a real support network.
We're a supportive community where you can ask for help.
We don’t feel you should have to choose between your business and your babies, so children are welcome to attend.
Our networking is completely free to access. However, you can help keep our services low or no cost for the women who need them by making a donation to The Lark Network.
Startup Sunday is funded by the Portsmouth Community Lottery
We're delighted to have received funding from the Portsmouth Community Lottery Fund. This enables us to offer free tea, coffee and light bites to eat at each event.
