Event description

Description

" ...an undeniably powerful record of the Palestinian village of Bil’in’s course of civil disobedience from 2005 to the present, as the residents collectively resist the building of Israeli settlements" - Leslie Felperin, Variety

The State Crime Film Club and The Catastophe Club (Hackney Palestinian Solidarity Campaign) are delighted to present a screening at Bertha DocHouse of Palestinian farmer, Emad Burnat's chronicle of his nonviolent resistance to the actions of the Israeli army.

Emad will be there and we will have a Panel Discussion and Q&A after the film with him and some other guests.

The screening is open to all and free to attend but places are limited. If you book a ticket(s) but can no longer attend you MUST let us know and cancel your place as soon as possible.
