Join us for a chance to discuss the role of statutory consultees in the planning system
Join us at 18 Smith Square, London for an opportunity to listen to presentations from MHCLG and statutory consultees and to participate in some best practice discussions on engagement between statutory consultees and local planning authorities. The event will focus on Environmental planning matters and specifically discuss the role of statutory consultees that are governed by the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The Government’s consultation on reforming the role of statutory consultees in the planning system was launched on 18 November and will remain open until Tuesday 13th January 2026.
