Join Us for Heritage Open Day at Staunton Country Park!

As part of the national Heritage Open Day festival, the Staunton Country Park Heritage Hub will be hosting a short talk celebrating the rich history of the estate.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the newly opened William Stone Gallery, featuring stunning prints of the Stone Mansion in its heyday. An interactive exhibition will also be on display, offering insights into the historic buildings that once formed the estate, along with an informative discussion about their legacy.

Come and discover the stories behind Staunton’s past in a relaxed and welcoming setting!

What you need to know?

  • This is a free event to attend but booking is required due to limited numbers.
  • We ask you do not bring dogs unless they are service dogs.
  • This talk is suitable for those 18 years and above.
  • When you arrive please head to the visitor centre.
  • Please note this activity does not take place at Staunton Farm.
  • Parking charges apply. We advise parking in the Petersfield Road Car park (PO95HD).
  • Althougth this activity is based indoors we still advise suitable footwear due to the terrrain around the park.
