St Helens Active Lives & Sports Development, in partnership with Go Active and Merseyside Police, are offering FREE water safety sessions for young people aged 13-16. Learn how to stay safe around water and what to do in an emergency-for yourself and others. What’s included:
The programme consists of a 1-hour session taking place on:
Tuesday 5th August 2025, 7.30-8.30pm.
First 30-Minutes (Dry): CPR, basic first aid and emergency awareness
Second 30-Minutes (In Water): Survival techniques in case of accident- Float to Live
Places are limited - don’t miss this opportunity to build lifesaving skills.
The programme will also explore future training, volunteering and career
opportunities in sport and leisure.
