Free Wellbeing Webinar for Businesses, Managers and Employees

About this event

This webinar is delivered by our ‘In Work Support’ (IWS) Service and forms part of a wider programme of wellbeing support for (employed and self-employed) individuals and small-to- medium-sized businesses across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.

This free, one-hour webinar provides, managers, supervisors, team leaders and employees with:

• Greater awareness and understanding of the musculoskeletal system and why it may be at risk of injury.

• Risk factors for developing an Musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) in manual workers.

• Risk assessments and their role in preventing MSDs.

• Reducing risk factors, including the Importance of exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

• Promotes the role that the In-Work Support Service can play in the effective management of muscle and joint problems in the workplace.

All attendees who register for a free place via Eventbrite will receive an email detailing the joining instructions for this Microsoft Teams session prior to the webinar.

Organiser of Staying Fit for Manual Work During Covid-19

Our In Work Support Service helps small to medium sized enterprises (SME's) in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend to improve staff health and wellbeing. 

As part of our free Workplace Health Programmes we offer a range of Wellbeing Workshops for business owners/managers/supervisors, as well work-based wellbeing awareness sessions for your staff.

 

The Service is made possible by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Goverment. There is no cost for employers or individuals to access this programme.
