Staying Resilient in Turbulent Times - Secrets to Flourishing
Event Information
About this Event
For many of us, 2020 has been an extraordinary year in so many ways.
All of us have had to grapple with changes at work or /and our home life which required many of us to demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness.
Unsurprisingly, it turns out that many of us switch between several roles in one day (mother, teacher, wife, employee, caregiver and friend) whilst finding ways to remain positive and resilient.
Some of us are just recovering from the notice of risk of redundancy, while others are still in the throes of being made redundant or supporting a friend, colleague, or family member.
As the year ends, with the pandemic showing no sign of abating, UEL Women’s Network would like to invite you to an event where we can all share some of the challenges we have faced and how we have experienced growth and demonstrated resilience to explore our methods of how we can continue to thrive and flourish.
We are privileged to have two wellbeing experts on our panel who will be sharing some tips on how to stay resilient and flourish as we head into 2021.
