The Steall Marathon is an exhilarating linear mountain race that crosses the Mamores Mountains range and traverses the flanks of Ben Nevis.
You don't need a race entry to register for this Zoom! The session is ideal for informing race day preparations, strategy, training and decisions about whether or not to enter in future!
The Zoom session will last around 1h and will cover the following areas:
- Race day 'fly through' - from race start to finish line (with detailed descriptions and photos)
- A focus terrain and technicality along the race route (with tips and advice)
- Scottish weather and the 'Bad Weather Route'
- Kit and clothing considerations (incl. mandatory kit advice)
- 'Top Tips' from guide Keri Wallace, finisher of the nearby/previous Ring of Steall Skyrace
- Q&A with host and Mountain Leader Keri Wallace
