Welcome aboard the Steam Tug Brent for our Open Day Guided Tours! Join us on various dates starting from Sunday 25 May 2025 at 12pm for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our historic vessel. Explore the engine room, climb the deck, and learn about the rich maritime history of the Steam Tug Brent. Spaces are limited, so make sure to book early to secure your spot. We can't wait to show you around!

Dates and topic for Guided Tours are:

• Sunday 25 May, 12pm - "Living aboard a Steam Tug"
• Sunday 29 June, 12pm - "Brent's working life"
• Sunday 27 July, 2pm - "Building TID Tugs"
• Sunday 31 August, 12pm - "Restoration of a TID Tug"
• Sunday 28 September, 12pm - "Saved from the scrapyard"

All guided tours will be at 12pm, except for Sunday 27 July.

All our guides are volunteers and provide their time free.

NOTE:

Please remember that if it is wet or raining, the tour will be cancelled and re-scheduled as it is unsafe for us to have visitors onboard during this time. We hope that you understand. Thank you.
