Please remember to bring your three ID documents with you.

DBS APPLICATION AND DOCUMENT CHECKING:

After you have attended the induction you will be sent an e-invitation to complete an online DBS application. Detailed instructions will also be sent.

Your identity needs to be verified at the induction session. Therefore, it is tremendously helpful if you can bring all the required, original ID documents to the induction session. These need to be the same documents that you include on your DBS ID Information Form AND the same documents that you will be required to upload to your DBS application.

Please note, documents printed from emails or downloaded from websites cannot be used as proof of address.

Please ensure that one of your ID documents includes your current address. This must be the address that you will indicate as most current on your DBS application.

Note: tenancy agreements cannot be accepted as ID.
