The popular media are full of advice about eating fat, or not, and what kinds of fat to seek out or avoid. Much of the information is confusing and sometimes contradictory. This talk will examine the importance of fat and try to shed some light on what’s really going on with fat in our bodies and in our diets. Some recent research findings show that all sorts of fat are essential, but only in moderation.
