Why do so many of us feel like frauds? A panel of experts will discuss why about 70% of men and women suffer from Imposter Syndrome and lack of self-confidence.

Susie Ramroop, Mindset Coach
Having trained as a High Performance Coach to propel her own high tech career, Susie now helps women in STEM to get what they want in a way that they feel good about. Her style ensures her clients develop deeper relationships, and a balanced family life alongside a thriving career. She regularly speaks on stages, has appeared on BBC radio, and writes a popular parenting column for Families Magazine. Joy Palfery, Business Psychologist and Executive Coach.

Joy uses the science of psychology to help find the best fit between people and work. She works globally with senior leaders and professionals in a range of industries, assessing people for roles, coaching, training and teambuilding. An active member of her profession, she speaks at conferences, reviews papers and has been a chartership supervisor and visiting lecturer. Having felt inadequate as a parent and musician as well as in work, Joy can share personal stories, professional experience and psychological insights on what’s behind Imposter Syndrome and how to succeed anyway.

Phin Mpofu is a globally connected entrepreneurship evangelist.

Phin Mpofu is a really authentic, passionate evangelist who works with Entrepreneurs across the world though his work with Startup Grind. He finds Imposter Syndrome a fascinating topic and can talk about his experience of finding out what lies behind the “profiles” of some of the most famous entrepreneurs. In his own words, he had this to say, "I view Imposter Syndrome as that intersection between how we view ourselves in the eyes of society". Phin is a Fellow of the Centre for Entrepreneurs.

Kally Kang-Kersey is VP Talent and Organizational Development at Zebra Technologies.

Over the last 25 years Kally has held various senior HR and line management roles at Xerox, American Express and Yellow Pages Sales Ltd (BT). Since joining Zebra in 2006 Kally has had the opportunity to work on a number of key projects in these roles from country expansion, talent acquisition, organisational design and number of change management projects. Her recent focus has been as a facilitator for leadership in Action bringing our cultures together. After 11 years as VP EMEA HR she moved into current role to focus on HR transformation and driving key strategic projects globally on Employee Value Proposition, Inclusion & Diversity and overall talent development and management.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available in Dukes Meadow or outside on Millbaord Road, Use postcode SL8 5XF from M40 or M4

Local stations: Bourne End (10 mins walk) or Maidenhead (20 mins cab ride) or High Wycombe (20 mins cab ride)

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have your name on our list so as long as you can prove who you are, we will let you in without your ticket.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, for security reasons we need you to have registered for the event prior to the evening. Thank you for your consideration.

Will food be provided?

There will be canapes and drinks available but not very substantial so please do eat before or after the event. We will ensure that all food is nut free. If you have any specific allergies please contact the organiser
