Stemettes Renewable Energy Hack @ Limejump

This summer Limejump and Stemettes invite you to a STEMtastic physical hackathon! 

Stemettes Renewable Energy Hack @ Limejump is a physical one-day event that will tap into your creativity and equip you with the skills to imagine a better future.

We’ll be focusing on challenges regarding energy and decarbonisation, pushing for more renewables, an introduction to grid-connected systems and technologies like batteries and smart homes.

You'll work in teams with your peers to identify an issue in relation to renewable energy and decarbonisation and design a product or business solution for it.

Throughout the day, you'll be able to interact with STEM role models from Limejump and learn about their knowledge and expertise. The role models will be there to inspire your approach to the ideas you will develop during the hack.

We will kick off the morning together then work in smaller groups on some STEMtastic business and product ideas. We will take a break to have lunch and finish the day off with a special Stemettes showcase, during which you will present your ideas to a panel of judges. We will be giving away some exciting prizes to the winning groups and goodie bags to all participants!
