**STEMPRA MEMBERS ONLY**

The AGM will be the chance for you to hear a summary of what Stempra got up to over the last year, vote on any key decisions about Stempra’s future, bring issues to attention, have a catch up with fellow members, and, most importantly, elect new members to the Stempra committee. This is your opportunity to have your say in what Stempra does over the coming year and to get involved with steering the organisation, so please do nominate yourself for committee roles.

Nominations (signed by two Stempra members) must be sent to the Secretary before Tuesday 23 February.

If you would like an item to be discussed at the AGM, then please send a motion (with the signatures of a proposer and a seconder) to the Secretary by Tuesday 23 February.
