Entering the workplace after school, college, or University or an extended period of absence through parental leave or sickness can be a challenge, both for the employee and employer.

This half-day workshop will cover employers' expectations of their team members and how new or returning employees can settle in more quickly.

Topics covered include:

Dress Code, Time Keeping, Expectations, Performance Management, Company Culture, Reporting Lines, Personal Responsibility, and Understanding their Contribution.

In my experience, it is less stressful for new employees if they can be supported to understand your 'rules of the game'. as quickly as possible.

This workshop allows them to ask questions in a safe, non-judgmental environment and understand what is commonly expected in today's workplace.

As a Manager with 40 years of experience, and latterly 10 years in HR, I understand the issues which can arise in the workplace.

Most definitely. Everyone will be encouraged to ask questions as we go along.
