Not at all! This hike is designed for all fitness levels. It’s a leisurely, mindful walk through Richmond Park, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings and reflect. No prior hiking experience is necessary.

You don't need to bring a journal or notebook. We’ll provide you with journaling prompts during the hike. The focus is on verbal journaling, meaning we’ll be sharing our reflections aloud with the group. It's a relaxed, no-pressure experience!

Dress comfortably for a walk in nature! Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking on grass or dirt paths.
It’s a good idea to bring a water bottle, and maybe a light snack (though there will be small snacks provided in your goodie bag).

The hike is leisurely with plenty of breaks. We’ll be walking at a comfortable pace and taking time to stop and reflect. The total time walking is around 2-3 hours, with scenic stops along the way.

If it’s light rain, we’ll still go ahead with the event — Richmond Park is beautiful even in the rain! However, if there are severe weather warnings (heavy rain, thunderstorms), we’ll reschedule the event and notify you in advance. Please check your email and Eventbrite for updates.
