We will kick things off with a 25-minute Pilates session led by our wonderful Pilates instructor Elena, designed to enhance body awareness, posture, and athletic performance. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this session will help you move better, run stronger, and feel more in tune with your body.
Next up, slip into something revolutionary - the brand-new ON Running CloudCore and CloudSurfer 2 built for stability and comfort. Experience them first-hand during our 25-minute social run, where you'll put the shoes to the test on a fun, no-pressure group route.
After the run, stick around for snacks, drinks, and chats with fellow runners and fitness enthusiasts.
*group will be split into 2 with each group alternating between Pilates and run.
