Step into Somatic! a RESET Workshop
An immersive somatic workshop, blends sound & somatic movement, breathwork, meditation and guided touch. Tools for everyday life.
RESET workshop is dedicated to giving you somatic/bodily tools for the everyday.
RESET, facilitated by Galit Criden, is a somatic, sound-driven practice that supports participants in choosing how and when to move, touch, and create, exploring its four pillars: The ritual container, The ecstatic-wild state, Sound as a tool for creative expression, and the collective.
RESET combines structure and freedom through guided improvisation and sound, inviting all participants, newcomers, returning movers, and professionals to move at their own pace while nurturing regulation, imagination, and presence.
In this special edition, RESET will host Rosie Noctor, the founder of HELD, who creates a space to pause, soften, and receive the nourishment of safe, supportive touch. In a world where many of us are constantly giving to family, work, and communities, HELD will offer the rare opportunity to rest without agenda, reconnect with the body, and restore balance through the simple yet profound act of being held.
Together, Rosie and Galit weave their practices into an afternoon of exploration, support, and connection.
About the facilitators
Rosalind is a dancer, mother, and certified Ilan Lev Method practitioner. With a background in performance and somatic healing, she brings a unique sensitivity to the connection between body, touch, and community. Her own journey through motherhood and movement revealed the profound nourishment of being held — a simple act that restores balance, awakens oxytocin, and nurtures belonging. Through HELD, Rosalind offers a sanctuary to pause, soften, and receive safe, supportive touch within a circle of trust and care.
Galit is a choreographer and somatic movement practitioner with over 17 years of experience in the field. Her facilitation is trauma-sensitive and Polyvagal Theory-informed; she integrates influences from matriarchal research, mindfulnes,s and contemporary dance. She holds a Dancing for Parkinson’s qualification from People Dancing UK, and her RESET method draws on her ongoing research into embodied practice, care, and autonomy in movement.
What to Bring
Just yourself, some water and a pen and journal if you like to reflect at the end of the session.
All blankets, pillows, mats, are provided in the space.
What to Expect
The session will begin with a warm-up and a series of gentle somatic prompts to invite awareness and presence into the body. Galit will offer a simple introduction to RESET and Polyvagal Theory, exploring how we can get to know our nervous systems and find ways to learn about it through movement.
We will move through exercises involving touch, gentle movement, and deep listening, gradually expanding into fuller, more expressive, and wild movement around the space. Participants will be guided throughout, with opportunities to reflect, share, and connect.
By the end of this two-hour workshop, you can expect to leave feeling renewed and grounded, with a clearer sense of self, and a few somatic tools to integrate into your daily life. The session offers space to reconnect with your own rhythm and autonomy — in how you move, listen, and feel.
