Join me for a day of self-care, taking time to shed any layers that may have built up over winter.
The day begins with an energising yoga session*, followed by tea and a healthy snack (with a optional side of cake..). I will then lead you through a visualisation meditation, with time for reflection. We'll enjoy a nutritious vegan lunch, followed by a beach walk (weather permitting). The day ends with a gentle, restorative yoga session which will leave you feeling so dreamy that you'll float your way home...
*Yoga sessions are suitable for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners
