Our empowering yoga flow will centre around Sun Salutations and powerful yoga poses designed to awaken your energy, strengthen your body, and boost your mental clarity. It’s all about moving with intention to empower both mind and body. Suitable for all levels, with options to adapt.

What’s involved in the breathwork session?

We’ll guide you through energising breathwork to help you feel clear, uplifted, and present. It’s a great way to release mental fog and reset your nervous system.

What will the hypnotherapy part cover?

We’ll explore supported self-reflection to get clear on your goals for the rest of the year and address any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. You’ll leave feeling mentally stronger, inspired, and more confident.

Is this suitable if I’ve never done yoga, breathwork or hypnotherapy before?

Yes. This is a friendly, inclusive workshop designed to welcome everyone, whether you’re brand new or have some experience. You’ll be guided gently and supportively throughout.
