Topic: Political pressures on the fiduciary industry.

Speaker: Chris Hards - Ogier

Presentation summary:

Chris will look at the many factors influencing the fiduciary industry from home and abroad. Political pressures make for unnerving times among trustees and Chris will examine the various challenges to our industry and what the future could hold in terms of continuation of trust business.

Speaker Bio:

Chris Hards is a Senior Associate at Ogier, Guernsey. He advises on all aspects of trust and foundation law to individuals, fiduciaries and other service providers. Chris also has experience in advising on international pensions and the application of UK taxation to offshore individuals, corporates and trust structures.

Please arrive by 11.45am for registration.

Lecture will start 12pm sharp and last for approx. 45 minutes with 10-15 minutes for questions.
