Step on Stress is run over 2 x 2 hour sessions on Wednesday 20th August and Wednesday 27th August 2005 1pm - 3pm.

Learn better ways to deal with common problems like anxiety, low self confidence, poor sleep. This is not group therapy. Step on Stress is not group therapy or one to one support. You do not talk about your problems in front of others. This is run over 2 x 2 hours sessions
