What do I need to bring??

Yourself! Some water! and something pink to wear - but most important is to bring yourself.

I am not a fast runner or walker - can I still come? ?

Yes! There will be a group for those who are new to running/fitness - this will involve running tips, running plans and how we can keep each other accountable to grow together!

Not just yet - this is just to unite as sisters and get to know each other.

I want to run fast ⚡

There will be different paces for fast, moderate and slow/new runners - we can follow our designated leads on the day.

Dress in what you can run/walk in but bear in mind it will be slightly warmer - iif you cant wear something pink its okay we got you!
