The Step Up Network CIC, the award-winning network and social enterprise for educational leaders is pleased to bring another face-to-face event to our community.
After celebrating our birthday for the last two years virtually, this year we are pleased to be both celebrating virtually and in-person. This is thanks to the generous sponsorship and partnership with the Institute of Leadership and Opogo Education.
What topics and themes are being explored as part of the event?
We are focussing on three key themes across the event:
- Connecting - Connecting leadership knowledge and skills through storytelling and workshops.
- Empowering - Exploring the key themes of leadership barriers, development, diversity, journeys and wellbeing through the sharing of stories, tips and experiences.
- Impacting - Sharing the work of Step Up and other grassroots organisations in the sector to impact on the system.
There will be a mixture of keynote speeches, fireside chats, panel discussions and workshops as part of the day.
