SMEs taking part in the programme will create an internship proposition and recruit a fully-funded graduate intern to work in your business for six weeks.

You will be offered specialist masterclasses hosted by subject and industry experts - at no cost to you and the option to attend five solutions-focused peer-to-peer action learning sessions with like-minded business leaders.
